Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt (graduated by Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu), Brazilian and South American Champion in the purple belt (I have some photos on my profile) and eager to debut in brown belt. Can I help you with any questions related to Jiu Jitsu/grapling.

thats awesome. how long have you been learning bjj? and when were you promoted to brown belt?

I love cyborg's tornado guard although its a little too complicated for me right now. really cool stuff.

Practice since 2006 and was graduated brown belt earlier 2010. I had an injury to the anterior cruciate ligament and am now returning But I confess I have not mastered the tornado guard, i lack a bit of flexibility.

Been practicing a lot of spider guard and guard inversions from different positions. Great way to retain guard.

This video has some awesome drills to help you invert:

I can do all these moves but I had not seen anyone use capoeira to warm up hahaha. Cobrinha weighs about 60kg and I usually weigh more than 90kg, are quite different styles.
This is the video of the Brazilian championship final fight Open class category in 2009. Tough fight that ended 0-0 with two advantages to each one but the referee deemed Urquiza (eliminated in the last phase of the selective TUF Brazil) more combative

Awesome way to warm up. Gets your body ready to bjj.

Can't lie, that match was a little boring but the fact you're able to compete at that level is tremendous. Hope I get that kind of chance!

I plan on doing an IBJJF event in the fall, the Vancouver Open.

It really was not an exciting fight but I think it was not my fault, Urquiza was very concerned not to be outdone and struggle only really flowed after I put on my guard. But you hardly see a beautiful fight this type of league State where black bands use the guard 50/50 to ensure victory for an advantage.
