I don't think you can have a realistic trade in a sports game.

I traded McGown and David Cooper to Cleveland for Justin Masterson and then traded Masterson to Seattle for Ichiro. That's as realistic as it gets

Playing a Pirates franchise, trade Burnett and Neil Walker to San Francisco for Brandon Belt and Brandon Crawford, so I needed to call a pitcher up. I call Gerrit Cole up, and in his first game he throws a perfect game. I've never ever seen a no hitter let alone a perfect game simming in any MLB The Show game.
