When is the good full minor league/prospect roster supposed to come out. Theres a couple out right now but they're awful and have terrible prospect ratings. Noticed more than a couple top prospects with F potential ratings.

Last I saw they were about 85-90% done

its already finished but they are waiting for the opening day rosters to add the minors

I wish they did edits, but I guess that's not really a big deal.

Still, a lot of pitchers in the game don't throw the right pitches.

You can always do it yourself if you wanted it badly enough.

I think the rule was, after each team has played game 1 of regular season.

Alright that's not too long. Franchise mode just isn't satisfying when the rosters aren't right.
