If there is a Top button, then why there is no Bottom button?
Why would it be useful to have the Bottom button?
• If you have set Default Fast Reply to Automatically Open and Number of posts to show for each topic page to 25, that is a long way to scroll down in case you want to post.
• Its also easier to use Bottom after using the Top button.

Here's an example how it should look like:
