It becomes a grind but still enjoyable. For the first eleven weeks your deadlifting 3 times a week and squatting 3 times a week. Benching all 4 days some weeks.

Accessories are mostly rows or vertical / horizontal pulls.

Variations are used like pause, pin, etc.

But it's been great I still look forward to it everyday I do it. Deadlift is flying up squat is doing well, bench is dog shit but that's not because of the program.

I may try it out down the line. I'm always experimenting and I enjoy variations. I'm not adverse to benching 3,000 days each week just because that was my life in 10th-11th grade. My bench kept going up but it took me a while to realize that young man hyp pretty much never fails because young men never fatigue :P

Keep in mind what I said about the elbows, drive them up and not back.
You could try to pull a bit more with your back aswell, currently it looks like you stop pulling the second you make contact with the hip.

True true true, my professors said the same thing, any cue to continue the pull after contact? Im having a hard time keeping all these parts of the lift in mind lol

what you need to realize is that the clean (and the snatch) should not actually involve real bar-hip contact. what you're currently doing is a deadlift and then trying to bounce the bar off your hips when you get your hips extended. this not only decreases vertical bar velocity substantially but disrupts the ideal vertical path of the barbell and makes it take a curvilinear trajectory up to your shoulders rotating around the axis of your elbows.

watch this video at 2x speed and you will see that lu doesnt make the bar move outside of (approximately) a linear trajectory. at fully knee hip and ankle extension he is actually fully behind the path of the bar. he moves his body around and under a vertical bar path whereas your body stays in place and you try to bounce the bar around your elbows
