How low do you guys go on bench? I used to always go until elbows were 90 degrees but I read unless you already have shoulder problems then you should just go until you touch your chest. So I'm trying that out now.

/e well like an inch above chest, because my shoulder does hurt if I go lower.

Also, bar to chest is a different rom for people with different sized chests

So learn to stretch your shoulder and chest, add flexibility training to your regime.

Srs, unless you have a pre-existing condition the only excuse is you're being lazy. I was doing full ROM with a dislocated rib and horrible costochondritis. It's all about how much you want it.

Or you can just half rep and be like Brad Dingleberry

I've been lookin up some shoulder exercises that help prevent injury. Gonna start incorporating those to my routine.
