Honestly too many problems with balancing people's opinions on 80-85% Eshield
Along with if Super Mana's should be allowed or not and when they should or shouldn't
Not to mention people who beleive and debate on how many Bmanas should be allowed, ect ect
Followed up with a nice bullshit discussion on how much DR% or sorb is or isn't allowed on high ES
The best result = Ban high ES sorcs for play in this tournament
I know people will complain about this
But it ends alot of endless debate on the topic
Basically this results in
85% is legal and you can use as many Super Manas and/or DR% and Res as you want
No arguements
