1-X static - Depends on how important it will be in late game and how much + stats I'll have on equip. Might be necessary to increase range.
1 Frost Nova - used in in act 3 and I'm very sattisfied. Not sure if this will last until end game...
Since I need smth against fire immunes I'm thinking of maxing lightning mastery.
combined with static, a 4-6 Ort socketed weap and some charms this might work.
And maybe some points into any of the armors or mana shield not decided yet. (currently 1 point in frozen armor from early game)

Okay let's get on to Act 3
I can't remember when I played Act 3 legit for the last time... Must be years.
So basicly, when my quest log says: go find bla bla... then I will have to search for it


Decided to get this before starting act 3. Had to visit the countess a handfull of times for the tal rune.


Found the Jadefigurine in the Spider Cavern.

Found the Gidbin a little while later. Reward from Ormus was better than my old.

This guy tried to stop me from getting the brain. Had to keep out of his Inferno (?) range... this would have taken me down very fast.
Even the normal guys of this type do a shit load of dmg...

He had no success... got the heart. Onwards to the brain.


Around that time (tbh a littlebit earlier) I decided to use Shield slot again.
Bought this shield in the beginning of act 2 alrdy.
Have a 2 socket Boneshield in stash... can't wait to get a shael.

Found this Flail. I really like it. It's kind of slow, but I think it's worth it.
Using it for now. Let's see what 5% can do for me


Around that time I decided to put 1 point into Frost Nova. And believe me, that was the best decision I made so far in this build.
The only kind of croud control I have and I'm using it with good success. Go to the baddies, nova, maybe static 1-3 times, nova, beat em up
I hope I can use this instead of a freezer merc... dunno yet
Range ist not too big. But 8 seconds on lvl 1 is long enough.


Lam Esens. Found that by accident Didn't know where I really was.
No screen of the battlemaid Was a tough fight, since there was another boss pack involved and space is very little there. Freeze didn't really help vs this
extra fast bitches. Had to escape out of the temple once.

Found this flail... can anyone tell me, how many sockets a flail or cs can get in normal here? Is three max?
If yes, I'm going to sock 3 Rals in it... maybe

Found a circlet at upper Kurast i think. Used my imbue quest on that one... pretty much wasted.
But better than my current one... so using it

Yep 3os is max until durance of hate lvl 2 and on, though 4os flails are rare

A question to you D2 experts.... why is it, that my mana is always shown in numbers above the bowl, but my life isn't?
I would really like to change that

I think you have to click on your life/mana orb (as low as possible on the lil' orb)
