Naw, from the sounds of it, everybody in the organization likes Gabbert. I don't see them giving up on him.

Plus, Gene traded a 2nd round pick to move up to #10. Gene doesn't get to save face by drafting another QB in my honest opinion. He thought Blaine was good enough to go up and get, he needs to live or die by this pick.

He hits on his 1st round picks, but the rest is usually hit or miss. I'm all for trying to find a gem from smaller schools, but 3/4's of the draft doesn't need to be from small schools. I hope he steers away from some of the smaller school picks this draft.

MJD needs 136 rushing yards to break Freddy T's franchise rushing record.

and he leads for the rushing title by 128 yards.

I'm sure we'll have at least 2 new WRs next season, possibly 3. We have some decent WRs, but we simply lack a true #1. A legit play maker at the WR position. Gene has already said they know there's a problem at WR. I'd expect him to bring in FAs on Offense, like he did this season on Defense.
