Griz Foh'ers should have been more popular in the past, they are actually pretty decent if built right. Other realms don't have those hacks your talking about, so guides that include hacks are VERY realm specific. You might want to make an alternate gear set up that all realms can wear. But more or less same concept. A few things though in your dueling section:
You say poison necs don't have good resists and good damage at the same time. Is it really that hard to take off my stormshield and put on a 4 topaz shield? And you do know that poison necs can at any time summon 30+ skellies, mage's, and revives? Still an easy duel vs a fully stacked up poison nec with 30+ minions? Secondly, no offense but if my ghost sin ever lost to an Foh'er i'd quit the game immediately.

First to Realm Specific thing, i didnt forget to put it into the guide, i just wanted to wait for the first question, since my,
the WcR build was, due to those bugged ( not hack ) items Realm specific, so it didnt really belong into the main guide, imo:
I would recommend using Verdungo, Bloodfists and 1 Raven as Basegear ( you will need 53 Base Str and like 40 more dex at 94, cant tell exactly since i've never used that exact build
)
And regarding Poisin Nec: First of Summons are really no problem, since all can be outknocked by 1-2 Fohs
( the Holy Bolts ). And since the Nova is spreading really slow it ain't that easy to catch a desyncing Pala with it and even if he should get a hit, with the build you are talking about, I could still take ~6 Novas, don't see any problem here,
you just got to learn effective passiv charging, a matter of practice
I can't talk about your Ghostsin, but I never met any which made me any serious problems.
