Your real options on East/West are GMB Faith or Diamond/Shadow Faith
FOI would seem to make a difference in these setups but it does not because it's odd stats do not account for helping you achieve any extra breakpoints
It deals less damage than a normal GMB and is still to cumbersome for a Diamond Bow setup (which is really a tanky javside setup)
It's only use is on Europe, with a bugged belt

You should only get mb with a stormshield. You don't need open wounds vs the people you need max block against.
