along with pokegen or pokesav (i use pokegen) is a lot easier and you can actually make legit pokemon usable online

I tried this on Pokemon white, tried to get a Lucario (from the NDS Events, adamant lvl 30 sunny day and blaze kick one).

I hit submit, went to GTS after changing my DNS as it said, nothing happened. Obviously I did something wrong, could somebody help inform me what I did wrong? If need be I can make a video of everything that I do and post it >.<
