For people that are new, The Secret Santa signature exchange is an important event that has been held every year for several decades.



I do believe Nero explained it best last year:

A: Well, I am glad you asked! The annual Secret Santa Tag Exchange is an opportunity for everyone to get into the Christmas spirit with their various internet homies.
A Secret Santa is a Western Christmas tradition in which members of a group are randomly assigned other members to whom they anonymously give a gift tag.
Often practiced in workplaces, or amongst large families, participation in it is usually voluntary, and that's what this thread is for!


Q: Oh! That actually does make a lot of sense, but, WHAT ON EARTH IS MY MOTIVATION FOR TAKING PART IN THE SECRET SANTA TAG EXCHANGE?!

A: Well, I am glad you asked! As a participant in the GDGC Secret Santa tag exchange, you will not only be making a tag for someone else, but they will be making one for you as well!
So Christmas morning when you scurry on over to your PC-COMPUTER to tik-tik-tik away at the internet, your little fingers can type "www.d2jsp.org" into the URL and when you login, you'll see that you have a special present waiting in your PM box!

To keep with the tradition, each signature is required to be crowned with the infamous Secret Santa hat:
Some people may want the hat on their present, some may not. So please include a no-hat version of your gift.


You may change the color, But DO NOT resize the hat.




RULES
1) DO NOT reveal your assigned Secret Santa recipient, to ANYONE.
2) No asking for cnc on your design!
3) Do not add user-names, as with every year people will be removed and switched around.
4) If you want to make an additional signature in case someone doesn't receive one you are welcome to. If you do make an extra signature let me know and I'll mark it down. But please only submit ONE before the deadline.
5) The deadline to sign up is December 15th. the deadline for entries is December 20th No exceptions!
6) No pre-mades are allowed before this date (Nov,24th)
7) If your computer blows up/Photoshop crashes/you get grounded (lol) etc you will be removed from the list
8) If you signed up and are unable to complete your Secret Santa entry for any reason, Please send me a PM and tell me~~! If you don't, you will be the direct cause of someone not receiving a gift.
9) No Vertical signatures. No Gigantic signatures.

NOTES
I will keep a list posted of all of the people signing up in this topic.
If I have no idea who you are, or if you have never made a post in this sub-forum before you will not be added to the list. (Sorry, but I need people that are reliable. Maybe you can try next year)
Try your best on this! you have an entire month, don't rush it!
Your entry does NOT have to be Christmas themed, so be creative. Vectors/digi-paintings/traditional drawings or paintings/etc W/e works. Just make it look nice!
