What about affordable ladder builds? And, to those who tried: What about using Corpse Explosion or "slain monsters rest in peace" items? Do minions keep respawning even with those?

ubers die in 30 seconds or less when I solo.
the 3 ubers take a bit longer, but easily doable if you know what you're doing, lure them away 1 by 1, and smite them.

Been doing triple ubers solo for a while now, average 3-4 minutes.

smiter is way to go i agree but your gear is over kill anyone can kill a uber with fort and greif but u missing 1 thing throw a np ring in there becuse the bk rings are not much help unless u have a low cta . i use hoz grief fort gores dracs and t gods raven np mara and andys 4 trist i solo and group kill ive done over 50 on ladder avrege time is 3-4 min my only tip only 1 person lures them out of the center of town or its gunna turn bad 4 thows who cant take 3 at once.

Necro using lifetap and revives
Smiter using fanatacism/salvation

Salvation is on meph...rest get fanatacism.

REALLY have lots of life. 1K is almost a must for the smiter. Any of the bosses can deal 800 damage at least per hit. i watch my life almost disappear at 988 right now. I use a dungos 15%dr, heavne's light, guillaimes face, gores, Kurast spirit shield, laying on hands, +3 combat ammy and a guardian angel for my cheap ass smiter build. he does fine.

We are planning on trying to switch out the hammerdin with a BO barb to help out. I'll update on how well that works.

As a hint, on Baal, smiter must use a LOT of mana pots...he nails my mana all the time. I go through 8-12 easy.

All these builds were cheap for us...found or less than 50fg spent on each character. we pulles a 11/18 paly torch and a 20/20 sorc torch last night.

smiter is enough... w/ lifetap on him from equip or charges, he wont even lose any life. And smite is only 2 mana... you gain mana fast enough...

doesn't have to be so expencive. My low budget smiter (most expencive thing, 186 upped zaka) have done 132 trists now alone, all successfull without any bigger problems just have life tap charger on switch, and maybe a boing baba on the side and its all taken care of easelly if you know your stuff

If i'm not mistaken, Venom Lords got mana burn? I usualy go through 5-7 mana pots on a trist (trist done in 1,5-2 mins in 2p games)

hmm why use 3 chars,I use one crap smiter and kill them easy too,die only sometimes then have lag,also my frend stand in game for me if I die and need brb
