can someone post a picture of the charm lillith drops? and do the new d/baal/meph drop and items other then whats needed to get the next 1? or do they drop an item liked the GG large charm?

No lillith does not drop the charm. You need to kill her to complete the 3rd and final relic. Once you got all 3 relics you cube them and a portal called tristam in act 5. In that portal you cannot make any TP's. They will guard your ass so bad. This part is the hardest out of all. After killing all 3 bosses, you will recieve the charm.

how do you open the pandemodium portal? im playing single player, itll work right? i put all 3 keys in and hit transmute in act5 (town) what didnt i do?

Hm, I really don't know why it isn't working.
I only tried this in closed realms, but it still should work for single player.
