There are not official news...
Maybe a Ruststorm or a little patch...
News will be given one hour before the end of reset ;)

Yes, Blizzard will release a new patch but the changes haven't been announced; it will be a surprise.

No, I'm not joking. There was a post from Bashiok announcing a new patch with this Reset. I'll search the link where Bashiok says this and I'll post it here.
