you really think the expectations was playoffs? that was like my expectation if everything went right we might grab a playoff spot
as long as amac is under contract i dont expect much because we are giving an overpaid player a roster spot on the 1st pair because hes overpaid instead of earned it over a guy like morin
we got jori lehtera for schenn so we lost offensive depth then our 1st line literally has 3/4 best players on it


i thought we would be fucked for goaltending but elliot has been pretty solid for us lately

if we can get a 2nd line that works we can win games but til then were fucked and with the way hakstol likes raffl and konecny in the bottom 6 idk if we are going to find a 2nd line
if we woulda kept schenn we mighta had like *-schenn-simmonds 2nd line and have offense but we dont

so this wjc were a bit thin on prospects attending

linus hogberg for sweden
and i think thats it lol

im a little surprised we got some prospectsa putting up good #s that didnt make rosters
like frost for canada but canada is pretty stacked
sushko dudnt make belarus being .93 ppg in the ohl kiril ustimenko didnt make belarus either
maybe they only took players that played in belarus because the 3 goalies on their roster i cant find like any stats for anything other then "team belarus"

so they musta added sushko and rubtsov late
and nhl site says we have him+ rubtsov is playing which they werent on the rosters before but nice
sushko is also the captain
