If you are that close to your 3 monitors and moving your head back and forth like that, will cause some kind of pain after a while for sure. Plus, 3d surround at the software level in games can achieve basically the same effect and you don't need to move your head for it.
That indiegogo campaign seems like a bunch of false marketing hype, and it's kinda funny half a million dollars were invested into it already.

fyi have you even dealt with any virtual surrounds yet alone headtracking? or even how headtracking is very important to vr?
