i have. people attribute it to his diet, but his diet was a result of him realizing how good he can be mentally

this helped him but not as much as people think

wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Do you realize how many pullouts he had before they changed his diet?

the diet only caused him to be a bit quicker b/c he lost a few pounds its not like it suddenly gave him a ripping forehand or consistent serve etc

Yeah, the crowd is one thing you can complain about. But complaining about a small memorial on the court for the rememberance of 9/11 in the city it happened on the 10th anniversary? Seriously gtfo.

Also Nole getting a breath of fresh air from that injury timeout, let's go Djoker!

Bad stuff happens in other places aswell, and they don't bother sports fans with it either. As if there isn't enough attention for it already -_- . 10 years, not like it happened last week.

lol the guy said the New York fans are the best in the world... Im from the USA and i think thats bullshit. Being roudy during a rally doesnt make you the best

Of course he has to say this when he gives a speech. Clearly he was annoyed with these trashy and hopefully drunk guys cheering and clapping for a missed first serve and yelling during the toss etc.. They should've just let the security people tell them to shut up, because most of the noise probably came from a relatively small number of people.

yea the amount of people that died is pretty high compared to any other event but still...

Nadal played a great match, but i think Djokovic just "has it" this year. He's pretty much unbeatable if he keeps this up. Even though he lost to Murray, i still think he's pretty tough to beat.

What's your point though? I haven't seen any tsunami memorials for the past 4 years or so even though it happened years after 9/11, and almost 100(!) times the number of people died. Let's stop the obsession about 9/11 just because it happened in a developed country and there are spectacular hollywood movies about it.

Still, if you want to have a memorial, fine. I just don't see any point in making it a part of a tennis tournament in which 95% of the players have nothing to do with it.
