No. It was obviously changed to how it is for a reason. He probably doesn't want people who are new to the site to get scared of scammers, and it if had a link like this it makes it seem like there is a lot more scammers cause who else would need that? Scammers+victims

Great idea. There will still be those who post in the wrong forum by accident ( or even on purpose as in D2 trades), but it should help most a great deal.
