They can deny or extend the warn removal for failure to follow the rules. During the review process pretty sure they look over 100% Of your reported posts, so even if you don't get a suspension or notification you still may have your warn denied at their mod team's sole discretion.

Every new warn you get means that the time you have to wait for the next removal is resetted.
The waiting time may also increase if you accumulate many warnings.
Post again in 60 days for more information, and avoid getting another warn in that time.
