I would suggest walking, preferably in a nature environment like around a river.

Helps me cool off and think about things :)

You need to make anything that makes you fell very good , and try to speak with someone about this like your mother or any father ... i had some problems in the future and this help`ed me !

So I feel the best thing to eliminate stress is meditation. Meditation is just learning to keep your mind empty from invading thoughts that trigger negative emotions.

It hard to learn this, most people give up because they don't get noticable result quick enough. But I can assure you that if you keep with it, and start with only small periods of mediation a day( 5 mins) and gradually increase it, you will succeed.

I recommend buying a book on how to mediate.

Stress is just a petulant reaction to hardship. Stop giving attention or care to things that can't be changed or helped; don't waste your time on people and things that don't benefit you. Almost everything suggested in this thread will allow you to channel your stress, but only not allowing yourself to feel it in the first place can prevent it. This, of course, begins and ends with your mindset alone.
