One thing,i read the full post very cool, i like it but...where do i dl the stuff to get to work on makeing stuff and does it cost money?

One problem it doesnt show any animations when i saw as optimized how come?

ragnaroks: Have you saved is a .gif ? Only .gif that animates.

rejection: Make a new layer over all , selct the whole layer by pressing Ctrl+A ,
go to Edit>Strokes and try out with different sizes.

( I recomend 1 px black border just for the simplicity.)
