taking this with sort of a grain of salt, but...
I did my 2nd dexa scan after about a year of bulking/cutting.. I think I did something wrong...
Went from 188 @ 15% to 189 @ 15%... I gained 1 lb over the last year of muscle mass. I know that I'm passed the novice gains, but I'm kind of triggered that I may be hitting my genetic potential.

Hindsight is a bitch, but it's necessary to grow. Looking back, I spent way too much time obsessing with taking it 'slow' with my gain rate and hitting my cuts hard.
Started my next bulk cycle this week, aiming for 0.4% gain rate per week for 16 weeks. It'll give me 4 mesos to hit hard.. Going for a full body - lower - full body - upper.
If my gain rate is still shit after this 6 months, i'll cut back to <15% and probably start some orals.
