those are from the comp thread last week..i was 219 that morning and monday evening i was 222 before my workout, so i have a lot of water weight fluctuation i think

(CSB, my box squat numbers are going up - monday it went: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5 (warm-ups), then 275, 355, 425, 475 (4 reps for each of the working sets - was gunna go for 500, but 455 was the most i tried prior to monday, so i thought that would be too much of a jump) )

fuck it i'm buying myself a cheap ass digital camera...sick of phone pics. Expect new pics on like...sunday maybe...Gonna just go straight after work, gym, then pics. I don't think i gained any size yet...But god damn ever since i started breaking plateaus on my lifts, they just keep going up...rediculous i'm loving this, taking FULL advantage.

6'0 210ish lbs still puny still no chest or any other muscle for that matter :/ posting this up here so hopefully in 3 months or something ill have an improved picture. also sorry for getting last thread closed :(
