Assuming both chars are bm using items like exile, slow items, holy freeze flashing. Who do you see winning more frequently? Skill of both players about same and both have the standard equipment, ex. lifer charms, max/dmg/life, torch, anni, etc.

Desynch whirlwind
Advantage of smiter
Much higher defense...
Smite unblockable
-life trap...
In Europe NL slow% items, holy freeze and Exile aren't bm. Barbs should still win more anyway (not that it's impossible to win as smiter, but its hard to hit a synching barb).

If both these circumstances occur, I think the smiter has more chances..
If slow% is allowed, BA is quite shit.
