By the way, listening to this SloanSportsConvention or w/e it's called.
Some dude said Mike d'Antoni was a great coach.
What great coach plays a 34, almost 35 year old player 45 minutes a game for 7 games during 12 days?
The kind of coach that is using his best player to try to get into playoffs. Dantoni wasn't a bad coach as much as he was a bad fit for the team in my opinion. I feel like he could have done great with a team like the suns (pre-trade deadline). Kobe just isn't a player that fits in his system and Dwight was too dumb to realize that he isn't a very good back-to-the-basket, post-up player and that his skill set favored dantonis pick and roll offense. I honestly would prefer dantoni over Scott right now. Dantoni at least knew how to run an offense and Scott is stuck in his old ass mentality thinking the 3 ball is overrated. Scott preaches about defense but the Lakers blow on both ends of the court
