I have a question about the general rules

100+ stack shield counts as your 1 piece of stack/sorb

where does this draw the line? what if the player has a 99% light res shield? can they still use a wisp with that but not with a 100% shield?

and not even 99. what if the shield is 91% or so? that 9% doesnt make any difference

A shield with 99 res and a wisp = good to go
A shield with 100 res and a wisp = no go

Weird rule but idk why and where someone would get over 100 res on a shield for vtpk tbh
