if you have enough dex to use a phase blade, you have max block just about with the SR... making the ST's block advantage null

Yeah I think I put 2dex for mb with my jsrod
And that was using gtoes no wws and a 12dex ammy
I could get like 2.9 smite with 170ed jsrod but I dnt trust hidden DMG lol
