In the 5th he gave up a single to Votto
2 line drine outs and 1 fly out

Next inning gave up a lead off single -- then struck out the next 3 :drool:

He ran into trouble the following inning where Reed had to come in
Wasnt able to locate
Gave up and single and walked votto(too fucking good this guy)
Reed came in with 2 outs and got the final out

Sox fans should be excited

didn't reed only come in because he's a righty? (price a lefty), either way yes I am excited. Our pitching is better this year opposed to last, and pitching is what matters this time of year. It would be nice if we could hit more HR's but not the worst thing in the world.
