also, him being as big as he is.... living on a 60-100g a of carbs a day everyday i wld make the assumption he went into ketosis pretty regularly.
your body can only store like 2 days worth of carbs or something like that.... and thats maximum. so if your only re-feeding 60-100 a day.... eventually ur going to burn threw them all, at one point. (esp w/ that routine, prob took 3hrs atleast
