THis diet that arnold did and recommends is a KETO-TKD diet.
Wow he did this diet and did not even know how ahead of his time he was.
Just proves you carb diets are dumb.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding Diet and Nutrition Tips

• Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day
• Eat carbs half an hour after exercising
• Eat 30 to 50 grams of protein with each meal every 3 hours
• Not avoid unsaturated fats because they raise hormone levels
• Eat between 60 and 100 grams of carbs per day
• Eat no more than 3 eggs a day
• Substitute beef and pork with chicken and fish
• Avoid sugar -- it contains empty calories; eat fruits and vegetables for carbs instead
• Use supplements and protein shakes to get the required daily amount of protein
• Sleep 8 or more hours a day

hmm I wonder why no more then 3 eggs a day :( I eat 4..... 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites

Guessing cholesterol
TBH Arnold did not know exactly what keto was but he did a variation.
We now actually know that on keto for most there cholesterol is lowered.

Is 60g-100g really keto though? isnt that just a common sense approach and not a keto diet?

Once in keto the average person can consume 40-110 carbs depending on the person and still remain in keto.

He never went into Keto, though. He consumed 60-100g carbs per day which is a common method.

He never went into keto?
On that diet when you sleep you would slip into keto.
He never knew of keto back then because the diet was not invented..

This doesn't prove that carb diets are dumb.

Not everyone wants to be arnold.

Also I did a survey at my work 7/7 doctors will tell you that consuming a balanced diet is healthier.
