Honestly I'd probably be maxed by now if I hadn't done it but #YOLO
RC is ~25% of the XP rate, what's left on 99 RC = ~25M attack
Agility is ~50% of the XP rate, what's left on 99 Agility = ~22M attack
Mining is ~40% of the XP rate, what's left on 99 Mining = ~20M attack
Rest of the shit left certainly doesn't add up to 1,200 hours, so yeah I could have been maxed NP
