Is there any official word on whether it's a relevant sequel to Oblivion or a self-standing story?

I heard it was the first direct sequel but am not sure if there's any truth...

e/ also, is there any affiliation with 2k games like TES4?

One of my favorite games of all time was Morrowind on the original xbox and then Oblivion on the xbox 360. Then I got both for PC and realized all PC users do to these types of games is rip the heart and soul out of it and mess with their loli mods. I'll be getting it no matter what, they honestly can't make a bad game like this for me.

i hope they add some more features to combat, its one of its biggest bland spots.

i kinda wish i had... i got that 50gs and now i'm stuck with it. i'm gonna play the goty through when i finish up a few of these new games that i just got.
