Gonna go with the basics though and say the generic answers: string amulets, maging slayer tasks, maging dragons, or alching



That's good too, espeically if you want to raise summoning later

Kind of harder than all the other options though

Could just have someone trust you with their 99 mage 96 summon account and change their password. Oh wait...

Fastest would be slayer -> hexcrest and fire surge.
Or barraging multicombat slayer tasks...
or stringing..
(if you plan on doing combat mage tho id suggest SOL and Arcane Stream for best exp.
