sometimes when i close my diablo 2 i can't start the game again because there's a process still running called "Game.exe" that is diablo 2

when i try to end task the process it says "the operation could not be completed. Access is denied"
i know that if i can end task the process my d2 will work, any ideas besides restarting?

you need an account with administrative access then

If you're running vista, click 'show tasks from all users' then click continue in the UAC window. The game.exe should show up as Diablo in the description after that and you should be able to close it.

that seems to work, but another (separate) problem is that my end task doesn't seem to delete them from the processes list, like when i end task "explorer.exe" and run "explorer.exe" i have 2 "explorer.exe"s for some reason
