the pain is all at the first joint (joint second closest to the tip of finger)
doesn't look like any inflammation

whopper looks fucking good

if its joint pain then it could be temporary arthritis or some minor inflammation

about 25-50mg of Indomethacin (Novo) should clear up the pain right away

if not, aspirin should help

Not all types of inflammation are visible as the joints could be affected by build ups of uric acid and high purines (bad cholesterol)

Drink plenty of water in the meantime

are you taking any medicine that is diuretic ?
