1st - vector it and then resize it without quality-loss. Use Illustrator or CorelDraw or something like that for it. Or don't resize it if you make it in Photoshop.
2nd - it's bland. I tells me the thing "ballin" got something to do with basketball but nothing else. It is empty, nothing saying, font you chose if too boring for that. You should modify it somehow. I would use any other unmodified fonts for logos than helvetica, arial or calibria - simple and solid fonts in my opinion.

Someone more experienced with logos could tell you more, i just say what i have learned on my own.

the font doesn't fit. that font is for comic books.

the concept isn't very strong.. there isn't any practical application for it as well due to the ball being so far away from the text.. it would look awkward on anything.

i'm glad you posted it as black and white though.

also the correct slang word is Ballin' (with an apostrophe)
