and yea the highest i seen was back when 5% sc's was in plenty 40X 5 200 + enig(45) + titans+i think theres a shield with frw+ 30frw helm+cats eye+ bos or vigor.. so on.

was like 500 tops ive ever seen.

hehe and yea arrows ar i think 7 frame.. so its not hard to outrun them.

eheh yea.. checked it out.

arrows run at 7 frame speed.. so figure ur at 5 or 6 frame rate, with that.. its like the fhr bp's theres some up in the 400-600's but we cant legitly hit them.

wtf does this tell.. ?? speed.. speed as in what. The game works of frame rates.. and they go down no up with frw..

also theres no dismisning returns.. thats some BS.. its +1's with ever frw.. so idk what the point of that chart is.. but if its what u needed gl.

hehe sry if that seems hostil.. just dont see what that is saying.. 10 as in what.. 10 is max speed.. cause its not its been proven that the more frw you add the fast you run.. sumtimes it takes a while to acualy see that fact ur running faster when ur running with 1 or 2 % more.. but it does work.

I'm fairly certain there are diminishing returns for faster run walk added by items, but not by auras.

Ahh i get what they are saying..

Walking 4 yards/s -
Running 6 yards/s Walking speed +2 yards/s.
Charging 9 yards/s Paladin combat skill. Unaffected by item based Faster Run/Walk.



5 % +0.16 yards per step.
295 % +3.96 Yards

295/5= 59

59 * .16 = 9.44.Yards, not the +3.96 yards they say

So yes.. there is a deminishing effect.. i was wrong. It still does goes up by a % but its to prevent yea from hitting the really low frames.

Still goes up.. it staggers the effect... but yea i get its it..

Its still best to have more
