so far ive got oat meal, veggies, fruits the usual things but besides google fails... i cant figure out anything else. i mean obviously what ive got will get boring soon

i get it, tuna, chicken, etc for protine, egg whites all that. but im wondering if theres anything else out there.

im sooo tired from work i cant type right so pm me if u care to help

Imo, mix up spices and mixes with your meats and shit so you don't get bored of them. :)

I was tihnking of getting garlic, vinagar etc to add and see what i can make with the chicken. i know if i keep eating the same thing my body will reject it soon enough.

You need to adopt a eating philosopy

here is a few good ones

2/3 food from ground 1/3anything else.
eat for perfomance
eat what you feel


And you may eat anything you want.
Just apply common sense and stick to your guns.

because its not so much the food
but the amounts
