one of the doctors my mother works with was delivering a baby. she told the mother that something, i dunno all the medical terminology, but something was wrong with the baby and she had to do take the baby immediately via c-section. the mother refused because she didn't want the scars on her stomach and accused the doctor of being lazy. so the doctor waited. the kid died during birth. the mother sued the doctor and won. despite no fault of the doctor, not only did the kid die, but she had to pay the cunt that refused to do the delivery safely and insisted on doing things (the mother to be by the way was a nurse) insisted on doing things the wrong way when she knew better. the doctor's malpractice insurance was already over 100k a year and now it will only go up higher and another idiot has a couple hundred thousand to piss away. this just happened and thought i'd share it...

where is personal responsibility and accountability? i don't blame the insurance companies for more and more expensive healthcare. i blame liberal ambulance chasing lawyers and the idiots causing accidents that they prey on to use as a way to sue anyone and everyone.
