EAST NON-LADDER HVH LADDER RULES
First of all welcome everyone , this HvH ladder is operated by PhoNeix (Me) and xxConkersxx, we don't tolerate spam of any kind.
Disclosure:
If you do not read the rule set you are STILL 100% accountable by the rules LISTED, so it is wise to take the time to read them for your own personal benefit .
These Rules have been Based on Standard GM Rules, they have been modified through trial to be as fair as physically possible for all duelers.
Rules:
No going to town during a duel for any reason (lag,bo,etc..)
No attacking Opponent before start of duel
NO ABUSING CORNERS IN MOOR- If you hide in corners whole duel to gain advantage you will be DISQUALIFIED - That means no overuse of "boxing"!
Each duel is a 10 Min. MAXIMUM (Campers who sit behind corners is lame)
After the 10 mins if neither players are dead:
-The one with significantly more hp will be the winner
- If both players have around equal life, the more offensive one will be declared the winner for ring control
- Duels are to be held in a private game.
- Duels are held the first to 5. (ft5)
- No Buffing of skills of anykind.
- No third party programs. (Tmc/Gmod , Sync Hax , DLL injector , etc.)
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Antidote potion stack.
- No healing, shrines, pots, etc.
- Only ALLOWED potions are Mana.
- Only auras permitted are Conc, Viger, and Med.
- Only skills allowed are Charge, Hammer, Teleport and holyshield
- Use of Foh, Smite , etc. are NOT ALLOWED
- You CAN make a mana pool in front of town if the other player agree

Dodge rules & after match steps:
Dodge limit is 3 days. If defender does not reply in 3 days, the challenger will recieve his spot. If you cannot complete his challenge at the time, please contact a mod and he will do his best to keep your position.
Duels are first to 5.
After losing a match u may not rechallenge the person you lost to for 3 days however u may still challenge anyone else and anyone else may challenge them.
**The winner MUST post a screenshot of 1 kill ( any kill on their opponent) with the time.**
Game must be Hell.
Only One account is allowed on this ladder.

Posting Correct Screen shots:
You must post at least two screen shots of the duel.
It is quite simple on how to take an s/s correctly the way it is needed so us mods can check if you use hacks.
1. Have game map up while taking s/s.
2. Have your message log up with at LEAST 1 kill.
3. Have your left side skills up.
4. Take s/s of both of those.
5. Go to a website in which can upload your image , such as imageshack.
6. Post the s/s on website.
Thats how simple it is to post a correct s/s in order for us to see you dont use hacks and you actually won the duel.
