bulk/cut ofc, but not going to start cutting until i gain like 10-20 more lbs which is gonna take a while.
I'm not really into this cutting/bulking phase I maintained my weight now for almost 10 months
I'm rationing food tho so pretty much every day I eat the same amount of calories
i also usually hit my macros since i have a rotation system of what i eat and i eat pretty healthy too
(pretty much every day i eat meat, veggies, fruit, cheese, milk, eggs, whole grain cereal)
