first one looks better, i prefer pizza with lots of meat (chicken bacon sausages etc...) and mushrooms
haven't had a pizza in 4 months now ;/

omfg both those look so fucking good.

i fucking love the cheese sticks with garlic sauce too, fuck.

i've been trying to bulk clean but it's so much easier if you can just stuff your face with pizza, cheeseburgers, etc. i'm so sick of chicken breast and eggs i may just start having 2-3 dirty meals a weak.

are u following a program or just doing ur own thing?
bulk/cut or intermitent fasting etc...

following a program. pretty basic shit, 3 different routines, one for legs/triceps (squatz as compound), one for back/biceps (DL as compound), one for chest/shoulders (bench as compound).

bulk/cut ofc, but not going to start cutting until i gain like 10-20 more lbs which is gonna take a while.

I'm not really into this cutting/bulking phase I maintained my weight now for almost 10 months
I'm rationing food tho so pretty much every day I eat the same amount of calories
i also usually hit my macros since i have a rotation system of what i eat and i eat pretty healthy too
(pretty much every day i eat meat, veggies, fruit, cheese, milk, eggs, whole grain cereal)

Yeah bulk/cut isn't necessarily the best option for everyone. You were already a pretty healthy weight when you started from what I remember so no need to go crazy trying to gain or lose weight. I was like 50 kg at 6' when I decided to change my lifestyle so my only real option was to bulk. I'm approaching 65 kg now and wanna hit 75 kg and lean eventually, but it's a pretty slow process.

IMO a lot of people overthink fitness way too much. It really just comes down to eating right, training hard, and getting enough sleep/rest to recover. I don't bother with counting calories or anything like that. I remember I went to an all you can eat place with a guy that was really ripped. He had like 3 massive plates stacked with food and said he could easily eat more. Half way into my 3rd plate I told him I was full and this was way more than I usually eat, and he just told me that if that's the case there's no way I'm eating enough. So basically now I just push myself to eat a little bit more even when I feel stuffed. Pretty much my diet plan is just to eat at least 3 BIG meals a day and add 2 protein shakes on top of that. I'm not sure of the specifics but I'm almost positive I'm getting over 2.5k calories and more than enough protein/carbs this way.

true, it takes time and if u can accept that u will eventually reach ur goals and i was about 20kg overweight but i lost it fairly quick less than a year
i'm not really into bodybuilding i don't lift heavy weights and i don't do specific programs, i'm more into the fitness thing trying to get ripped and stay lean and athletic

when it comes down to food this is what i do
-eat healthy (all the good stuff)
-feel full so i dont get hungry all the time
-eat food that i like
i only eat 3 meals a day pretty decent size meals and i prepare them all in usually 30 minutes
