Anyone know why this courier sound mod wouldn't work?

It tells you who is moving the courier by making the sound of the hero using it.

Hon mod manager says it's enabled. Unit responses are set to 0ms. I have the courier selected when the courier is moving. I don't hear any hero responses when it is moving.
