I use the photo gallery a lot, just trolling around looking at images people put up 'cause I am always interested in pictures and funny ones, etc.
Anyways, to report a bad image currently, you have to get the link to the picture in the gallery, and send it to a Senior Moderator.
My suggestion is to add a report button / feature to make it easier for ourselves, and for the Senior Moderators to handle.

it would look something like the following, again, sorry for the large image, just doesn't look appropriate re-sized.

you can report such violations via pm to any member ++ , just as you do with signature or profile violations :)

however , this implemented , wouldn't bother me
also , don't forget that the pictures might be set as "private" so only friends can see them , therefor violations may occur without 99.99% of jsp being able to notice them
