Ofcourse it does, but these guys are into nothing but pvm, so when they heard life leech didnt work in pvp, they ASSUMED life tap, seeing as how it's a form of leech, didn't work in pvp either.

life leech = doesnt work in pvp
doesnt work in pvp = tap
