1, Where is the best baba merc to get? is it the same as the act 2 mercs they do differant things from the norm,nm.hell settings?

1. They are all same as looking into skills etc. But atleast in 1.10 the mercs hired in Normal difficulty got a little better stats like level 90 normal hired merc has something like 4 str, 4 allres, etc more than lvl 90 hell hired merc. So hire the merc from normal difficulty.
2. Best to make paladin phoenix is 45 allres elite white paladin shield (I prefer sacred targe for less dex needed for max block and low str requirements).
I would make exile for TT (Tristam Trio) killer. Life tap is really important. Also make sure you have the crushing blow. Crushing blow is main source of damage when dealing with these badasses. Stacked resists and absorb is also important.
