The image pretty much explains itself I guess.

An UP arrow to move a pinned post up.
A DOWN arrow to move a pinned post down.

keep in mind this would be PINNED POSTS only, not all posts.

yes but still chronolical order is good but could find it use easly

yeah, keep in mind it is just for the pinned ones in case you need to re-order them
