You route the cables to go behind the monitor stand and then following the desk walls to hide the cables.

Yeah, I need to redo it and do a better job of it. I'm waiting on getting a filing cabinet that I'll put to the right of my desk and then going to put my tower on top of it. Once I do that, it'll be easy to just lay the cords and cables across the wire management I have underneath my desk.

Right now I'm just using scotch tape, I need to get some adhesive velcro.
