Or should I just buy extensions ?

I'd say extensions are fine if you had your psu hidden but nah i'd go with actual sleeved cables.

You'll love your build 10x more when it's all scheme'd up.

got a new desk... previously using a $40 walmart one that was falling apart and about 8 years old. also had my computer on top of an old TV stand and my printer on top of a different TV stand.
2 main monitors and then my second shitty monitor off to the side that I was using to convert vhs to digital but I have since given up on that.. takes to damn long

kind of sad having my case on the floor... but no other decent spot. also nothing matches so it kind of looks like shit..

I would get yourself some cheap Walmart end table or something similar...just to get your comp up off the carpet. The cardboard is OK for a temp.
Maybe check the local Good Will.

You really don't want a comp anywhere near the carpet. I ended up using a 3 drawer file cabinet for mine. A neighbor was gonna throw it out and asked if I wanted it.

I learned from this though... don't get a stupid cube case. also if you have a huge window make sure the colors match so it doesn't look like crap.
yeah I have a board from a shelf I was going to run on top the the legs of the desk if it fits to lift it up a bit more but haven't had time yet.

solution in place... shitty cable management but it was hidden by the computer so didn't bother

end up having to undo some of my cable management but now to lazy to put it back.. was all hidden behind the case prior

yes I know none of the shit in my case matches.. wish I didn't have that big window.. lol
actually wanted it to be facing directly out.. however I would have had to undo more cable management and don't want to bother right now.

Remember, turn OFF the comp, when you vacuum. :)

They blow a ton of dust around, even though they are supposed to suck it up. :D

/e I made that mistake...ONCE. I had just got done cleaning the comp, looked like the day I built it. Then, decided to vacuum....case looked like I hadn't even cleaned it. :)

shouldn't be a problem.. don't really vacuum in that room because there really isn't a need.
don't generally eat in there and all that is in the room is my desk and some storage

also that is one thing about the case is that to pull off the top and front it just takes 2 thumb screws and there is a magnetic dust filter

Probably going to get some nice paintings or something.
Would love to use the d3 poster but meh...

But dreamhack is this weekend, and I live 5 min away.
My friend managed to get his hands on all the huge cloth posters (or whatever u call them) a couple of years ago.
Maybe I should get my ass up to dreamhack and scavenge cool stuff for my gaming room.
